Accommodation rules

All persons staying in the apartments during their stay will be subject to these internal regulations. Otherwise, the establishment reserves the right of admission and permanence.

HYGIENE AND SAFETY: The use of a mask is mandatory in all common areas of the building. The guest must provide the staff with a warm-up temperature, if required. If you experience symptoms of Covid-19, the establishment reserves the right not to accept a customer with a reservation.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in are made from 3pm to 11pm, with face-to-face reception at 9pm. The establishment will make a pre-authorization and / or charge on a valid credit / debit card in case of entry outside reception hours.

REGISTRATION: All people staying must register in person or online before entering the accommodation. For this purpose, it is necessary to present a valid identity document (DNI, NIE, identity card, passport or national driving license).

PARKING: Parking in front of the hotel is for use exclusively with loading / unloading with a maximum of 10/15 min per vehicle. The vehicle must be parked without obstructing the passage and respecting the fords of the neighbors.

The property is not responsible for any damage to the vehicle, or a complaint committed for a breach of the customer, by the competent authorities.

REST: We ask for the rest of the other guests, between 23:00 Hs and 8:00 Hs. We ask for silence in the common areas and in the accesses to the apartments.

DEPARTURE SCHEDULE: Departures may be no later than 12h, in the event of not being communicated and accepted by reception in advance. Outside these hours, the hotel reserves the right to charge extra according to the current rate.

• RETURN OF KEYS: Please leave the keys in a visible place, on the table of the apartment. In the event of leaving the keys for the interior lock and the apartment cannot be accessed, the customer will bear the costs of replacing the bobbin case and / or the costs of the locksmith.
In case of access by intelligent control (without keys), the establishment will make a pre-authorization of € 100 to the card provided as a guarantee for the use of the system

DAMAGE: Any damage caused by guests to objects, movable property or the property owned by the accommodation, will be your sole responsibility, having to pay for the repair of the same. In the event of damage, photos will be taken at check-out and sent to the customer, in the same way as the repair invoice if applicable.

• Guests are not allowed to have any pets in the room, except those who assist the disabled or with the prior consent of the property.

• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the rooms or in the common areas. A penalty of € 30 will apply. In case of smoking guests, this accommodation has apartments with balconies or terraces where smoking is allowed. This change may incur an additional charge and is subject to availability.
